For the past ten years I've used the tennis courts in Forestwood Park to give lessons, and only this past summer/fall can I say that it's been one of the best years ever on my knees. The new tennis courts in Forestwood Park are ideal for reducing impact stress on knees and lower back, which can potentially disable a player.
